An Atlanta morning that began with tornado and severe weather warnings, ominous skies, heavy bouts of rain, and thunder & lightning transformed into an impossibly PERFECT day to be out on the course playing a round of golf! Believe me, I wouldn’t believe it if I weren’t there to witness it myself! Roughly 150 golfers trekked through the treacherous conditions that morning to support the community care efforts of Presbyterian Homes of Georgia in the 2010 Caring Hands Golf Classic, hosted by The Atlanta Athletic Club!

Many of the same golfers come to this event year after year to enjoy a leisurely game of golf while raising money for a good cause at the same time. As one gentlemen responded when I inquired as to how he/his team fared at the day’s event, “We had fun… that’s our story…”

A team of 5 photographers on behalf of Imagez Photos covered this event, shooting the action, candids, and team shots (the latter, printed on-site and distributed for the golfers at the end of the event). It was an awesome event from start to finish and I’m so glad to have been a part of the day.

Believe — Then just do it!
